This Privacy Policy governs the collection and processing by PROCE2.net (hereinafter “PROCE2.net”) of personal data (hereinafter “Personal Data”) of users and customers (hereinafter “the Users”) of the website www.sednasystem.io (hereinafter “the Website”).

Personal Data is the information used to identify or make identifiable a natural person, for example his name, surname, email address, telephone number or IP address.

Who is the Data Controller?

PROCE2.net, a French simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 38,020 euros registered at the Trade Registry of Aix-en-Provence under n°477 956 627 and whose head office is located at 496, chemin de la Blaque – 13530 Trets (France), is the Data Controller in charge of the processing of Personal Data made through the Website.

PROCE2.net undertakes to comply with the provisions of French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 (in its current version) and those of the European General Data Protection Regulation n°2016/679 (called «GDPR»).

The Website is hosted in the United States on servers of the company vps.net. Personal Data is hosted on secure servers located in the United States and in the United Kingdom on 100.TB company servers under GDPR-compliant conditions.

Why do we process Personal Data?

PROCE2.net undertakes, within the framework of its activities and in accordance with the applicable regulation, to ensure the protection, the confidentiality and the security of the Users’ Personal Data, as well as to the protection of their privacy.

PROCE2.net only processes Personal Data for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes. PROCE2.net does not process data inconsistently with these purposes.

PROCE2.net processes your data as part of the execution of a contract:

For this, purposes are the following:

• Allowing Users to access the Website and, where applicable, certain placeholders, and to use its various features;

Certain information relating to the stay or rental made by the User or his country of origin may be kept in anonymized form for an unlimited period of time for the purposes of studies and statistics.

The bank details are stored for a period of 13 months from their supply, in encrypted form.

For this purpose, the purposes pursued by PROCE2.net are the following:

What kind of data is processed?

However, the processed data may be transmitted to the competent authorities, at their request, in the context of legal proceedings, in the context of judicial research and requests for information from the authorities or to comply with other legal obligations.

Are your data processed outside the EU?

Collected data may be processed outside the European Union. In this case, PROCE2.net makes the necessary arrangements with its subcontractors and partners to ensure an adequate level of protection of your data, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

If its subcontractors and partners are not members of the Privacy Shield for transfers to the United States of America or are not located in a country with legislation considered to provide adequate protection, they will then have signed the «Standard Contractual Clauses» of the European Commission or will be subject to binding internal rules approved by the authorities.

What are your rights?

For processes based on the User’s consent, the User also has the right to withdraw his consent at any time.

Such requests must be submitted by the User personally and in writing, signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an ID bearing his signature. This information will only be processed for User identification purposes and will not be retained for longer than the time required to process the response. The request will specify the e-mail or postal address to which the possible answer should be sent. PROCE2.net will have a period of one (1) month to respond as from the receipt of the request.

The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the authorities, and in particular with the CNIL.

Is the data secure?

PROCE2.net ensures that your data is processed securely and confidentially, including when certain operations are performed by subcontractors.

To this end, the appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration and deletion of your Personal Data are implemented. These measures are adapted according to the level of sensitivity of the processed data and the level of risk that the process presents or its implementation.

Do we use cookies?
